Our production facility covers an area of 696 acres, surrounded with beautiful settings in the industrial district of Geshan – 15 kilometres from Dongyang. We are conveniently located next to the Yicheng Highway. The Yiwu train station and airport is only 35 km away.
The "Xue Fang Jiang" and "Xue Fanf" labels are Historical Brands of China. Its history is centuries old, attributed since the Qing Dynasty and continuously being recognized and awarded by the world over. Some outstanding awards are; in 1905, 1915, 1929, the Gold Medal of Leipzig World Exposition in Germany; the Gold Medal of Panama International Merchants Exposition; the Xi Lake Exposition's Exceptional Award. It is no wonder they are considered as the Ham of all Hams.

In terms of quality they have met and exceeded standards applied by ISO9001; the 2000 International Quality Authentication System; HACCP and QS. All these verifications are endorsed by the Agricultural and Agriculture Bi-product Board of Zhejiang province of China.
"Xuefangjiang" and "Xuefang" Ham are cured exclusively from a special breed of the hogs found in the Jinhua region; these hogs are distinctive in their appearance and in the texture of their meat. In appearance they look like pandas because their heads and their tails are black in colours, popularly known by the Chinese as "lieon toa wu", meaning "two black ends". These hogs are bred only in this region of China.
The hind legs of the hogs are used because they are meaty with fats evenly spread. When carefully cured, Jinhua Ham has a unique fragrant, taste and texture. Therefore they are precious and highly prized. It is no wonder in the era of Qing Dynasty it was listed as an accolade.

We've brought in modern vacuum packing technology from Japan. Boneless Ham is now available in various forms for our domestic as well as foreign markets. So far, demand has outstripped supply.
